If you are not 100% happy with your purchase you may return it to us at your own cost by A SIGNED FOR POST SERVICE within 28 days. Please ensure the dispatch note is included or we could have trouble finding your order on our system.
Upon us receiving your returned goods we shall refund you for those goods within 7 working days provided that they are in their original, brand new, unused, re-sellable and clean condition.
We will refund standard shipping charges for your original order however we do not refund optional upgrades such as next day or express delivery,

Please make sure you label your parcel correctly as "Returned Goods of UK origin"
Please include one copy of the delivery note provided within the box back to us and hand the other one to your courier as proof of returned good from the UK origin.
Failure to do so may incur import duties which will be deducted from any refund. DO NOT USE FEDEX FOR YOUR RETURN!

Purchases made during December for gifts are subject to extended returns. Please add the note in the comments section "Christmas Present' and you will automatically be given a returns extension of an additional 14 days.
We really aren't fans of wardrobing, its not fair to our customers nor the team who lovingly make these beautiful clothes. All our garments are sent with 'please do not remove' tags and we ask that these are not removed unless you are definately keeping the item. We reserve the right to turn away perpectual offenders.
If your goods do not reach you in good condition you must notify us within 3 days of the receipt of your goods by using our contact us form. We will then arrange with you either a refund or exchange for the affected goods provided that they have not been opened or tampered with in any way.
